TICSI: Targeting Iatrogenic Cushing’s Syndrome with 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 Inhibition
Participants: 32 healthy male volunteers

Completed studies

The TRG is continuing the DTU's long tradition of translational studies. These have included a diverse number of therapeutic opportunities and devices including: nasal insulin, oral insulin, subutramine, rapid-acting liquid sulfonylurea, miglitol, novel basal insulins, guar, the Glucowatch, patient-orientated metered capillary blood collection, pen-sized digital 30-second blood glucose meter and the development of an oral triglyceride tolerance test
