No charge is made to academic organisations but commercial organisations must pay an appropriate fee. The University is a charitable foundation devoted to education and research, and in order to protect its assets for the benefit of those objects, the University must make it clear that no condition is made or to be implied, nor is any warranty given or to be implied, as to the accuracy of this Tool, or that it will be suitable for any particular purpose or for use under any specific conditions.
