Dr Arne Ring |
||||
Dr. Ring leads the Statistics and Modelling Group at the Diabetes Trials Unit (DTU), a position he assumed in 2011. He supports the Translational Research Group and also works on the large-scale trials conducted in the unit: EXSCEL, ACE and TECOS. He received his diploma in applied mathematics and biochemistry at the Universities of Halle and Stockholm, and his PhD in pharmacometrics at the University of Halle, after which he worked on the early clinical development at Boehringer Ingelheim for 9 years. He served as statistician for around 70 Phase I-IIb trials, and led a team of statisticians to support clinical pharmacology trials. | ||||
